DESIGN
Taking advantage of the leading design software and three-dimensional prototyping (such as Autocad, Rhino, Solid Works, Pro-E, Mastercam) interfaced with CNC machines department's workshop, we offer our clients to develop ideas quickly and with maximum effectiveness. From draft-piece prototype to realization of the piece, all stages are strictly followed and coordinated by highly specialized personnel.
PROCESSES & TOOLS
The company is divided into three departments:
-Injection molding, blow molding and injection / blow molding, with a series of machines of different tonnage, and up to date machinery
-Screen-assembly machines for round and flat screen printing, which use water-based inks, ultrasonic welding and semi-authomatic packaging machines for
-Mechanical workshop for production molds with CNT high-speed 5-axis machines.
